To enable the rooms to be prepared properly, incoming guests are requested to arrive after 4 pm.

A departure time for guests is by 10.30 am.

As we have dogs of our own, we cannot accommodate pets.

Children over the age of 12 years only

A non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per room per night is required to confirm the reservation and booking is essential.

If guests fail to arrive without prior notice, the full room rate will be charged

Price per person per night from £45.00 (double occupancy)
Or from £55.00 (single occupancy)
This includes a full 'Norfolk' breakfast and complimentary afternoon tea on arrival.

A la Carte evening meals are available by prior arrangement  (menu on request)
£32.00 per person (3 courses)
£28.00 per person (2 courses)
(A complimentary glass of wine,   mineral water,  coffee/tea and petite fours included)

Guests may provide their own wine which we will be happy to chill and serve at no extra cost.

Vegetarians are catered for but please advise in advance. Specialist dietary requirements can be accommodated but not guaranteed.
